I played as a winger most of my club career. At IMG, I changed position to a defender as part of my personal development.
Coach´s Comment
Malte is committed to his development and performance of the team. As he understands better his role inside the team his performance improves and he plays with more confidence. Meanwhile, he respects and supports his teammates, earning their respect along the way.
He recognizes that he can do more to help the team be more competitive and in learning how to balance being a vocal leader with being responsible for his own "non-negotiable".
